报告题目:A Novel Sensor based on Spintronics
内容简介:Magnetoresistance (MR) sensors provide cost-effective solutions for diverse industrial and consumer applications, including emerging fields such as internet-of-things (loT), artificial intelligence, and smart living. Commercially available MR sensors such as anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) sensors, giant magnetoresistance (GMR) sensors, and tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) sensors typically require an appropriate magnetic bias for both output linearization and noise suppression, resulting in increased structural complexity and manufacturing cost. Recent years, the fascinating spintronic effects such as spin orbit torque (SOT) and spin Hall magnetoresistace, providing a new way to realize the magnetoresistance sensor. The main contents include: (1) spin Hall magnetoresistance effect; (2) research on the spin transport in heavy metal(HM)/ferromagnet(FM) bilayers; (3) Electric field control of spin sensors; (4) Other applications based on neuromorphic computing.
报告人简介:惠亚娟,特任副教授。目前主要研究方向:先进存储与自旋电子传感器件,包括自旋传感器、忆阻器、磁电耦合多功能器件等。第一作者在 Applied Physics Letters、Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics、Applied Physics Express、Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials、IEEE Transactions on Magnetics等国内外重要学术期刊和会议上发表论文14篇。主持2019年度高层次人才科研启动基金1项,参与了新加坡研究基金会千万新元级重大科研项目(竞争性研究计划,CRP)、国家自然科学基金重点项目等项目。2019年入选中国地质大学(武汉)地大学者-青年优秀人才计划。
