报告题目:Torsional Vibration Control of Drill-String Systems
内容简介:Due to a long length and a relatively small diameter, a drill-string in operation has a slender structure like a long bamboo pole that may bend, vibrate and even break easily. Consequently, torsional vibration of drill-string is often encountered in practice. How to effectively regulate the torsional motion of a drill-string while minimizing the vibration has become an essential and challenging problem. This report introduces the background of torsional vibration control of drill-strings, and gives some discussions on the modeling methods of drill-strings. Then a delay-dependent control scheme is introduced to minimize the torsional vibration of drill-string by only using ground measurement output with time-varying measurement delays. To calculate the parameters of this control system, some sufficient conditions are further provided. Numerical study reveals that i) the measurement of rotary table's angular displacement helps to produce less conservative results and ii) a small measurement delay is beneficial for designing a controller with a smaller gain in the sense of Euclidean norm, however it may also result in a larger control torque by enhancing the bit-rock interaction.
报告人简介:陆承达,特任副教授,在 IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems,IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Information Sciences 等重要学术期刊和会议上发表论文13篇,主持中国地质大学优秀博士创新基金1项,参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目等项目。2019年入选中国地质大学(武汉)地大学者-青年优秀人才计划。
