报告题目:Articulated Body Mobile Robot Research at the Land Sea Air Mobile Robotics Laboratory
内容简介:This lab aims to research and develop mobile robots for maintaining a sustainable society. Main interest includes robotic systems for environmental monitoring and resource investigation work, robots for disaster prevention, rescue, infrastructure maintenance, agriculture, medical and welfare supporting robots and other service robots. In order to realize a robot that is truly useful in each field, there are many unresolved technical and academic subjects, so there are still need to make many advanced innovation in this field. In this talk, I will present many examples of robots, in particular the development of long snake-like robots, including a novel externally propelled worm-type robot prototype.
