报告人简介： Junichi Arai received the degrees of B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, in 1970 and 1972 respectively. He received the degree of Dr. Eng. from Tokyo Metropolitan University in 1995. After worked in Toshiba from 1972 through 2006, he was a professor in the Electrical Engineering Department in Kogakuin University. He was a Dean of Faculty of Engineering in Kogakuin University during four years. He is an Executive Researcher at Energy and Environment Technical Institute. His fields of interests include planning, operation, control and optimization of electrical power systems, and application of power electronics systems. Now, he is a Professor Emeritus of Kogakuin University, an Invited Researcher at Waseda University, a Fellow of IET, a Chartered Engineer, a Life Senior Member of IEEE, a Life Fellow Member of IEE of Japan.
